The way Instacart works like this:

1. The shopper orders an item for a shop, but the shopper cannot leave the house for a reason.
2. Orders are accepted by sellers.
3. It's your turn to take the shopper's order at the shop where you buy your goods. Then you deliver the goods to the buyer. You will get additional income.
